Terms & Conditions

By accessing talentaure.com, taking the Director Readiness Scorecard, purchasing the Director Readiness Audit, or applying to the Founding Cohort, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

TalentAure is a brand operated by Paras Malhotra's UAE free-zone entity ("we", "us", "our"). Trade licence registered in the UAE, available on request. Contact: [email protected].

2. Eligibility

You may use TalentAure services if you are:

  • 18 years or older
  • Authorised to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction
  • Not prohibited from purchasing services under applicable UAE or international law

The Founding Cohort has additional eligibility requirements stated in its application form (e.g., current Senior PM role, UAE/GCC base, active Director-track interview process). We reserve the right to decline applications that do not meet these criteria.

3. Our Services

TalentAure currently offers two products:

  • Director Readiness Scorecard: a free 15-question assessment that places you in one of four bands (F, D, C, BA) based on positioning readiness for UAE Director-level roles.
  • Director Readiness Audit (AED 297): a 24-page band-calibrated digital protocol delivered via email within minutes of payment.
  • 24-Hour Executive Positioning System Founding Cohort (AED 10,294, application-only): a 90-day cohort-based program with weekly accountability, panel calibration, and recruiter activation.

Service descriptions on talentaure.com are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We may iterate on protocols, materials, and delivery methods; you'll be notified of material changes.

4. Payment

All payments processed via Stripe. We do not store card numbers; Stripe does. Prices are in AED. International buyers see equivalent in their card's currency at Stripe's exchange rate.

Director Readiness Audit: AED 297, one-time, non-refundable post-delivery. See Refund Policy.

Founding Cohort: AED 10,294 total (AED 9,997 cohort fee + AED 297 platform/onboarding). Paid upfront once your application is approved. Refundable in full within 7 days of payment, before cohort kickoff. After kickoff, no refund.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges in your jurisdiction.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree to participate in TalentAure cohorts, calls, and communications with reasonable professionalism. Specifically:

  • No harassment, discrimination, or hostile behaviour towards Paras, other cohort members, or staff
  • No public sharing of cohort recordings, written materials, or other members' contributions without explicit consent
  • No competing-product solicitation within the cohort
  • Show up. Respond. Do the work.

Violation of these standards is grounds for removal from the cohort without refund. Determined at TalentAure's sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All TalentAure materials — protocols, frameworks, audit content, panel research, scorecard methodology, written guides, video recordings — are copyright TalentAure. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use these materials for your own career development.

You may NOT:

  • Republish, resell, or distribute TalentAure materials
  • Use TalentAure materials to create competing products or services
  • Train AI models on TalentAure protocols or content
  • Share login credentials or cohort access

8. Confidentiality

Founding Cohort sessions, written submissions, panel feedback, and 1:1 conversations are confidential by default. Do not share other members' submissions, identities, or stories outside the cohort without their explicit consent.

TalentAure may use anonymised, aggregated patterns from cohort feedback to improve protocols and inform future ad copy. We will never use your name, identifying details, or specific quotes in marketing without your written permission.

9. No Outcome Guarantee

TalentAure provides protocols, frameworks, and accountability — not guaranteed Director-level offers. Whether an offer lands depends on your execution, your specific market, the firms you target, panel composition, timing, and factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee:

  • That you will receive Director-level interview invitations
  • That you will pass any specific panel
  • That you will receive any compensation increase
  • That any specific firm will hire you

Any outcome estimates we share are based on our own dataset (50+ panels studied) and are not promises.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, TalentAure's total liability arising from your use of services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Lost profits, lost compensation opportunities, or career impact
  • Third-party actions (recruiters, hiring panels, employers)
  • Interruptions to talentaure.com or third-party platforms (Stripe, GHL, Zoom)

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for:

  • Violation of these Terms or the Code of Conduct
  • Chargeback initiated after delivery (treated as fraud)
  • Misuse of materials or intellectual property

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. If you wish to cancel an active service, email [email protected].

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the relevant UAE free zone.

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution via direct email exchange for at least 30 days.

13. Updates

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers and a banner on talentaure.com. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
