1. Who We Are
TalentAure ("we", "us", "our") is a brand operated by Paras Malhotra's UAE free-zone entity. Our trade licence is registered in the UAE and available on request.

2. What Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Identity & contact: name, email, WhatsApp number, country of residence
- Career data: current role, employer, years of experience, target Director firms, salary range, CV (when uploaded)
- Payment data: card details processed via Stripe — we do NOT store card numbers; Stripe does
- Engagement data: webinar attendance, video views, written submissions, panel feedback you share
- Communications: email replies, WhatsApp messages, voice notes, recordings of coaching calls (with consent)
Information collected automatically:
- Device, browser, IP address, pages visited (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag)
- Marketing attribution (UTM parameters, referrer)
3. Why We Process It (Legal Bases)

4. Who We Share It With
Only vendors necessary to deliver the service:
- Stripe — payment processing (USA / Ireland)
- GoHighLevel (GHL) — CRM, email, automations (USA)
- Google Workspace — email, Drive, Calendar (USA / Ireland)
- Zoom — live cohort sessions, recordings (USA)
- Loom — video messages (USA)
- Anthropic / Claude — AI assistance for content generation (USA)
- Our accountant and tax advisor (UAE)
- Our lawyer (UAE) — only when needed for legal advice or dispute
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
5. International Data Transfers
Several vendors above are based outside the UAE/EU. They are bound by their own privacy notices and provide standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. By using TalentAure, you consent to transfer of your data to these jurisdictions for the purposes described.
6. Your Rights
Under UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and GDPR (EU residents), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten") subject to legal retention requirements
- Restrict processing in certain circumstances
- Port your data to another service
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time

7. Data Retention
We retain different categories of data for different periods:
- Contact + payment data: 7 years (UAE accounting requirement)
- Marketing data: until you opt out, then deleted within 30 days
- Engagement data (cohort recordings, written submissions): 3 years post cohort completion
- Analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics default)
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for:
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
- Advertising attribution (LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel — when configured)
- CRM session tracking (GoHighLevel)
You can disable cookies via your browser settings. Doing so may impact site functionality.
9. Security
We use industry-standard security measures: HTTPS encryption in transit, vendor-managed encryption at rest (Stripe, GHL, Google), and access controls limited to Paras Malhotra and contracted technical staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the care expected for premium-priced services.
10. Children
TalentAure services are for working professionals (typically 25+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact [email protected] for prompt deletion.
11. Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers and a banner on talentaure.com. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
