The audit is a digital deliverable. Once it's emailed to you, it cannot be returned — that's the practical reason. The positioning reason matters more: you can read the protocol in 30 minutes. That's plenty of time to know if it applies.
If after reading you don't see at least 3 specific changes you can ship in 7 days, email [email protected] directly. We'll talk through what you saw — and if I missed something on your case, the next iteration goes to you free.

Refundable in full within 7 days of payment, before cohort kickoff.
If you've paid for a Founding Cohort seat and want to withdraw, email [email protected] within 7 days of payment AND before Day 1 of the cohort. Full refund processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
After cohort kickoff (Day 1): No refund. Your seat is held against the 5-seat cap and seat replacement is not feasible mid-cohort. This is by design — Founding Cohort commits to 90 days of weekly accountability, and partial completion isn't supported.
If you've received an audit or completed cohort onboarding and initiate a chargeback through your card issuer, we will provide your bank with proof of delivery (audit PDF download log, cohort attendance records, written communications). Initiating a chargeback after delivery is treated as fraud and reported accordingly.
